I have the NOIM (Notice of intention of Marriage) and other relevant paperwork for your service as it is part of my job to supply these legal documents that have to be signed and witnessed by a registered wedding celebrant.

When signing you NOIM your requirements are a Australian Birth Certificate or a extract of entry, which must be sighted by me on the day of signing your NOIM.

For Non Australian citizens, a current passport is required.

Marriage in Australia takes place for couple’s whom are 18 years of age and over.

Under eighteen years of age permissions has to be legally approved with court permission.

Marriage can be in most locations within Australia

Must be in accordance with a Registered Wedding Celebrant

Witnesses are to be present to sign and be 18 years of age, or over.
